As a first time mother this office definitely has calmed my nerves and has made taking my baby boy to the doctors so smooth and easy. We all feel so comfortable here and my questions always get answered. My baby loves the staff here. Even after his shots he is so happy. I love the energy here and that’s all due to the amazing staff they have. I enjoy coming here to take my newborn and would definitely recommend if you like easy trips to the doctors for your little ones.

Selma Djokovich is an excellent and very professional, caring, and attentive. The office is well-organized, and I always feel heard and supported.

We had a good experience with Dr.Sun. He explain to us the procedure of the circumcision and after care, also he explain what to be in the lookout for any possible infection. He treated us with care and specially my baby during and after the procedure. What I like the most is that we could be there in the room while they do the procedure something that we where looking for because anywhere we called they didn’t allow us to be there present during the procedure. I’m glad we could find a place and doctor for my baby’s procedure.

Dr Dsylva is wonderful but the appointment wait times are too long. Had an appointment at 12 noon. Got seen at 1:30 pm. Difficult to wait with babies for long

We had a fantastic experience getting a physical exam and vaccines for our daughter here. The nurse was so gentle and sweet with our child and made her feel at ease. Recently, we had our first visit with Dr. Djokovich, and she was absolutely amazing. David usually dreads doctor visits, but Dr. Djokovich made him feel so comfortable and at ease. She was patient, kind, and really took the time to listen to our concerns. She offered thoughtful suggestions and made us feel truly heard. Her warm, bubbly personality created a positive environment that made a huge difference for David. We’re so grateful to have such caring and compassionate providers at this office. I’m so glad I got a survey link! This doctors office is the best pediatric office I have been to in my 20 years of being a mother. Big plus is they accept several insurance types. They are so efficient, caring, gentle, honest, attentive. I hesitate to gush too much so that they don’t get overbooked and we can’t find openings. But, I’ll share the love with our Irvine community (or whomever else they service). Thank you for the service you provide at the quality level you do for all people.

The wait is long sometimes but I love that they prioritize newborns and babies I don’t mind waiting a little longer when a baby also has an appointment at the same time. Dr. Dysilva is so sweet and caring and she really listens to your concerns as a parent. I’ve been coming here for both of my kids my oldest just turned 4 and I will always come here. The staff is amazing and all the doctors are super sweet.

Bad customer service, more than three hours waiting for confirmed appointment.

There was no professional level and the doctor was very rude and aggressive talking to us and the price was just ridiculous and we even felt like they were scamming us and they had no respect

Excellent doctor for my kids

Dr Mohamed was very responsive in addressing our concern and referred us to the ER since my daughter’s knee injury was more serious than we thought.

My husband and I brought our son here to be circumcised. The staff were so friendly and greeted us immediately. Very easy process and Dr. Sun was so kind and very thorough. He made us feel calm and at ease with the procedure. Even though it wasn’t recommended we were given the option to be in the room or not with our son. We chose to not be in the room with him so they can focus on our son without us there. We got to see the room before they started and after they showed us how it turned out. The entire time we listened in and they were so gentle with him. They talked to him and sang to him. It was amazing to see how they were with him. I recommend them 100%! It was overall a great experience and worth the 1 1/2 hour drive!

We love Dr. D’Sylva. She is absolutely amazing, she addresses any concerns that we have and always follows up. Dr. D’Sylva is so easy to talk to and goes above and beyond for her patients. I love that they have a phlebotomist in office now.

First of all we were about 10 minutes late and they didn’t make me fell bad whatsoever, they went ahead and let us see the dr instead of making me reschedule like every other doctor I’ve had in the past. My 5 year old son has autism and refuses to have his ears touched or just about any other interaction from doctors. Dr Sun was so great with him. Incredibly gentle and thorough all while being incredibly fast. The nurse was also so kind and super skilled. She even used a form of ABA to be able to get my son to stand on the scale for height and weight. which was a first for him to do without flailing and stomping on the scale. The office is so beautiful with each one of the rooms having a wall covered in a gorgeous mural from a wide array of kids cartoons like Toy Story, sponge bob, and finding Nemo to name a few. the only wait time which was very brief, was because the room was being sanitized prior to our entry. The waiting room which had a minions mural was not over loaded at all and the tv was playing cartoons which captured the attention of my son just fine. We were called within 2-4 minutes. The doctor came into the room immediately after the nurse left, which again was a first for us to not have to wait for the doc forever. Dr Sun really went above and beyond for us during this visit and even afterwards. The dr sent the prescription to my pharmacy but they were out and would need to order it, since we needed the meds right away (especially since I was trying to pick them up on the way home as to not leave the house again with a sick kid) I called the office back, they answered right away, and resent the prescription to a Walgreens drive thru a mile away. What could have been a horrible experience was actually a very beautiful one. We are so blessed to have picked Dr Sun as our new PCP and will be seeing him again for sure.

The staff in the office are so sweet and the doctor he is so understanding he makes you feel comfortable and my kids like him they feel comfortable as well.

I don’t recommend this place at all. We have been coming here for 3+ years and it has been a nightmare every time. Scheduled our appointment at 945 (we arrive at 930) for her to not even be on the clock until 10am but then doesn’t walk through the door until 1020am. & this is just a tiny example of our experience. Doctors are fine but the entire system is out of control. It’s insane the way they run their system.

My sister in law recommended Dr. Jain and now that I have met her and she has check out my 12yr old son who suffers from asthma was kind and listens to my concerns about my son health she doesn’t push antibiotics if it’s not necessary it’s only been my second time but overall I really like the clinic they get my son appointment on the same day I called and the time workout great no waiting time was very happy!

Amazing doctor, he heard my complaints and symptoms and gave me an answer right away. The medication he prescribed me helped me a lot. I am feeling a lot better now!!

We LOVE Dr. Jackson!! She is so very sweet and extremely knowledgeable. She addresses all your concerns and you don’t feel rushed. I cannot recommend her enough! I just wish we would have found her sooner!

Good experience good doctor

The first time I meet him was because my kids were coughing runny nose. Doctor said they had common couch. Doctor checked there back 2 seconds and that was it ran out and came back said I prescribe inhaler for both. My kids cough got worse took them back he prescribed other inhaler. Third time went back 2 hours in the office for him to come in and say I will give them cough medicine.I am very dissatisfied. I had to take my kids in three times and at the end I took them to urgent care with bronchitis. They put them on antibiotics steroids and nebulizer.

While I can see the attempt to hire other doctors to assist with patient care, the wait time in the room is still needing improvement. Front office staff was kind and courteous, medical assistant checking vitals has some room for growth. I believe that when you are working with children and families that there's is a level of kindness and sensitivity that should be displayed. Customer service, cultural competency and compassionate care, are areas for growth.

Dr Yvonne D’Sylva is the best pediatrician , she’s professional and compassionate , she’s been taking care of my grandkids and their mom when was a baby ( my daughter) she’s now 34 years old! My other grandkids 19 and under

Been going with Dr. D’Sylva since the day both my kids were born. 20 years and still go to her. She’s so great and always shows concern with all their needs. Office staff is also very friendly. I will continue going with her till my kids become adults.

I took my son for his circumcision ( 3 weeks old ). Dr Sun explained everything the procedure would entail. He also answered all of our questions and concerns. He also explained everything he was doing while performing the procedure. Which gave me a lot of comfort, The procedure went well, and my son is doing great.

Amazing nurses and doctor. I wish the experience was a bit faster. I had a 9:45 am appointment, didn’t leave until 12pm. But overall great care from everyone. My daughter got her blood drawn and she’s only 2. I was really worried! But the nurses handled her with so much care and reassurance. She didn’t cry and was happy as can be. So thank you for making a scary situation fun and safe.

I’ve taken my kids to American Pediatrics for years, and I’ve worked with many different pediatricians there. Since Dr. Sharaf started, he has been wonderful! He is patient, kind, and thorough. I feel like he is actually listens to me and my concerns, and I’ve never felt rushed during our visits. For sick visits, I’ve had no problems getting my kids seen the same day. Overall, I feel like Dr. Sharaf and his staff do genuinely care for their patients.
